In this episode I provide 5 non-negotiable that will increase your staying power as a tactical athlete, regardless of what work, your schedule, or your life has to say. 

This is not your traditional 25 item morning routine checklist to feel "productive". 

These are sustainable standards that if followed will: 

  • Increase confidence 
  • Increase your status in the tactical community 
  • have you outperforming expectations in your training 

Training is 1hr per day. The other 23hrs have the biggest vote.
